Interview

Do you surf?

Used to when I was in my 20s

Favorite thing about shooting?

Being in touch with the ocean and capturing special moments

How did you learn to shoot surf photography?

I always liked photography and used to surf. I guess that combo helped me a lot.

Shooting set-up?

Fujifilm XT2 with 23 mm lens and Aquatech housing

How can the surf community help you?

Is not really helping me, I’m not looking for anything else than being in the water having fun.

Best day ever?

Lantana beach, just me and some good sets breaking pretty good

Looking forward to…

More waves in Miami!

Words of Wisdom?

I remember having an Ocean Pacific poster in my room when I was a teenager. A bunch of surfers seating on their boards facing backwards. The headline read “Waiting for waves it’s ok.
Most people spend their lives waiting for nothing”

Best travel experience?

Playa Hermosa in Costa Rica

Surf photography is…

The best way to disconnect with the daily routine.

Shout outs?
